Re-Structuring Of Local Staff By Walmart In China
Despite the continuous growth in the China market, Walmart has decided to re-structure their staffing in China. It is estimated that about 1400 local staff will either be relocated or getting pay cuts. According to Walmart, this restructuring will take place in the middle-manager level for the store to maintain its growth and improve its efficiency.
